Relax on the back deck and luxuriate in deck views of the lovely lake, complete with geese, ducks and swans (and no power boats). 5 bedrooms and 2 full baths, full kitchen plus a bonus upstairs mini kitchen with full size fridge and sink. The separate garage is set up as a play room - tv, foosball and more. Short walk to beach with 6 beach passes included and 1 mile walk or free Point2Point shuttle into town to visit restaurants, antique shops and great coffee or treats. Dogs welcome and backyard is fenced. Backyard has a gas grill, deck and lawn. Come enjoy the beach, the lake and the neighborhood. This older home comes with a desk and desk chair for comfortable work from home arrangements . Smart TVs available throughout the house.
