The First Floor Features A Large Living Room With Gas Fire Place And 9' Foot Beamed Ceilings. The Kitchen Is Custom With Viking Appliances And A Subzero Refrigerator. There Is a bedroom, full bathroom and Laundry Room on the first floor. Hardwood Floors, 75” TV with Surround Sound, Ceramic Flooring In The Kitchen, Laundry And All Bathrooms. The Second Floor Has 4 Bedrooms And 3 Full Baths. The 3rd Floor Has a lounge area/Family Room, Bedroom And Full Bathroom With Tub. 12 Beach Badges provided to use with rental.

Be sure to add an additional supply of those items to your grocery list.
Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail.
