OCE126U - NEWLY renovated upper unit of a duplex located right on Ocean Ave. Keyless Entree 3 bedrooms 1 bath, bonus bean bag sleeper in living room, comfortable sleeps 6, washer /dryer, WiFI , Central Air, deck with partial ocean views. shared BBQ walk out the back door up a small side street 5 houses to beach and boardwalk. 4 beach badges and parking passes included (street parking only). We rent to families only NO GROUPS. Dogs accepted on a case by case basis. Breed restrictions apply. Saturday to Saturday weekly rentals only.
