NJ212 - Stunning, custom built home, sitting just two blocks from the South Point Pleasant Beaches, is the perfect Summer getaway! This magnificent 6 bedroom 3.5 bath luxury home has everything for your large family. Custom kitchen and baths give a personal touch to this vacation home. The in-ground pool and amazing patio area are a relaxing treat. Having a bedroom and bath on the first floor are ideal for those family members that may have trouble with stairs. Only a few blocks to the vibrant downtown where you'll find quaint shops, great restaurants and all our town has to offer! All bedding, including sheets, pillows, and blankets are provided by owner. Bath towels are also provided. Guests need only bring their own beach/pool towels.
Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from.
