Outdoor furniture and seating pool side, on 2nd floor deck & more. Extra refrigerator in second floor laundry room. Large room sizes and great floorplan. Homeowner provides use of 9 beach tags to Elizabeth/Carter Beach which is 3 short blocks away! *Additional cleaning fee required. Home is professionally cleaned & sanitized between guests. 6 beach chairs, umbrella & beach cart available for guest usage.
