BOARD111 - You're going to LOVE the views from this stunning seaside home. Our Boardwalk and Beachfront Cottage is located on the boardwalk in the famous and family-friendly Point Pleasant Beach. It’s one of the very homes with direct access to the boardwalk and beach.

Boardwalk and Beachfront Cottage is our latest family vacation rental. Boardwalk and Beachfront Cottage has 5 bedrooms, a sun deck overlooking 300 yards of soft, sandy beach and the Atlantic Ocean. It has seating inside, outside, and even in the sand right in front of the deck along the boardwalk. From this wonderful home you'll enjoy the sights and sounds of a true beach front home on the Jersey Shore. Soft breezes, stunning sunrises, the occasional seagull passing by the many ships motoring in and out of the Point Pleasant Inlet, strolls on the Point Pleasant boardwalk and all the fun and excitement Jenkinson’s amusements provide will help make countless memories for you and your family.

After a day of swimming and sunning, you can enjoy an evening barbecue on the patio with some cold beer and fine wine or takes a 2-minute walk down the boardwalk to Jenkinson’s Inlet Bar, which offers great food and all kinds of summer drinks, served at your very own tiki bar on the beach.

Within a mile there are dozens of area restaurants, bars, and cafe's that will delight you, plus shops, amusements, antique dealers, boating and fishing activities, ice-cream parlors, a comedy club, and lots of other live entertainment and nightlife to add to the adventure and excitement of the Jersey Shore.

The home is handicap accessible and features 5 bedrooms and 2 custom baths. There is sleeping space for 12, which includes 2 king bedrooms, 2 queen bedrooms, and a bunk-bed room. There’s also a rec-room that can used for sleeping if needed. . Sleeps up to 14), and 4 baths, plus a wonderful, private outdoor shower.

The new kitchen features a large seating island with quartz counters, and indoor and outdoor dining space.

The home is specially prepared and professionally cleaned between guests.

Sleeping Space:

The lower level features a rec-room with a TV (great kid space), with 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a laundry area.

The main floor features two bedrooms with a shared bath, a full kitchen, dining table for 8, eating island for 6 and a living area.

Please know that we welcome couples, families and groups of all sizes. A $1,000 refundable security deposit is required for all parties of 4 or more, which gets paid directly to the owners if this booking site does not collect a security deposit. Please know, we’ve never had to keep a security deposit, but we are required by our insurer to collect one with any new booking.

Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.
